Financial Literacy Training for Children

If you are a parent and your first thought when you hear about financial education at school is not “materialism”, this training is exactly for your child!

When was the last time when you talked with your kid about family budget?

When did you last find the time to explain to your child that banks do not just give you money whenever you want to buy anything?

What about debit and credit cards? Do ATMs give you an unlimited number of banknotes every time you put your card in them?

When was the last time your child decided to save some money instead of buying junk food?

Probably not soon right?

The ability of young people to build their financial future and wellbeing depends directly on what they learned in their early ages. By the time they are 9-year-old they learn and copy their parents’ and close ones’ behaviors. After their ninth year, children start their development as individuals and begin applying what they learned so far.

Well, perhaps this will make you think when you need to start with financial education?

Our team develops the abilities for personal financial resource management with the supporting belief that with every Euro the child spends she makes a choice and every choice made leads to one or another long-term consequence. It is not that hard, is it?

Maybe you are asking yourselves: how come that these complicated topics hold the interest of children aged between 9 and 12?

We offer you something new, entertaining and different, which is completely in line with your kid’s age.

Are you ready to try?

Maybe you are asking yourself questions such as “Is it going to be like the boring extracurricular classes my parents want me to attend?”, “What exactly would I have to do during the classes?”, “What if I’m not ready to take part in the topics covered in the academy?”.

We are offering something new, entertaining, and different that is completely tailored to your age.

An attractive, new type of education based entirely on games.

The class is designed in three parts – an open discussion on the topic of the day where every child is encouraged to state their opinion openly, a team game, and a recap of the learning from the session.

The financial literacy training follows a specific set of topics. During classes trainers focus mostly on children’s personal financial motivation and goals, money circulation, personal budget or how can kids manage their own resources, grown-ups’ relations with banks, what does it mean to invest resources, how do you achieve return on those investments, how Mom and Dad manage finance at home, how to save money and how youngsters can get the toy of their dreams by turning their own ideas into action.

In their work children go through theory by playing various team and strategic games, which also help them build up skills for team work, communication in and outside the team, creative thinking, and presentation skills.
